Job Summary
Lead delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects (CT/CCGT, BTM, and energy storage) through effective coordination, scheduling, and performance management. Develop and maintain level 3/4 schedules, cost tracking and forecasts; manage scope, cost, and schedule against objectives; coordinate across engineering disciplines, procurement, construction contractors and integrators; interface with clients, OEMs, grid operators, and stakeholders; support change management, claims, and contract administration; ensure HSSE, quality, and regulatory compliance; assist in commissioning, energization, and handover; produce formal project status reports and ensure governance and best-practice application across multiple projects; contribute to cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance; maintain knowledge management and drive process improvements; requires 5-10+ years in power generation/distributed energy and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Typical on-site presence with flexibility as client needs change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- PMP or equivalent preferred
