Project Manager/PMO Consultant - Defence & Security

Project Manager/PMO Specialist needed for Defence & Security at PA Consulting. Hybrid role on client site 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver projects from initiation to closure, develop and execute project plans with defined scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines, and tailor project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to client contexts. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, maintain regular client communications, monitor budgets and resources, and support change management and stakeholder engagement. Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to building long-term client relationships. Requirements include sole British nationality, 2+ years’ PMO/consulting experience, relevant degree, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile are highly desirable.
