Job Summary
PMO Project Manager for HR initiatives to lead delivery of medium-to-large scope projects on time and within budget. Responsible for project concept through post-implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and closure. Define objectives, deliverables, and success metrics; develop comprehensive project plans; manage resources, risks, and change control; coordinate cross-functional partners and vendors; provide regular status reporting; ensure alignment with corporate project delivery framework and methodologies; require collaboration with business and technology partners to achieve agreed objectives and deliverables. In-office collaboration is emphasized with four days in office per week and one day remote; some roles may require additional in-office time. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of project leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with HR applications (Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone) and PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale projects
- Experience with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
- Experience with HR applications (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone)
- Strong verbal and written communication including meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to translate business and technology needs into project approaches
- Results-driven and capable of working independently as well as on cross-organizational teams
