Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for complex healthcare transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to manage organizational change initiatives and facilitate system analysis for surgical processes, intake models, and governance frameworks. Oversee implementation and optimization of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), electronic ordering systems, and laboratory results reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy legislation. Present progress updates and outcomes to senior leadership for review and approval. Requires a Master of Business Administration, Prosci Change Management Certification, and minimum 10 years of project management and healthcare change experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Valid Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
- Valid Program Management certification (e.g., PgMP or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing changes to healthcare services
- Demonstrated experience working with clinical stakeholders
- Experience presenting to and obtaining approvals from senior leadership
- Minimum 4 years leading healthcare system redesign initiatives
- Minimum 3 years working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering systems
- Minimum 5 years leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic lab systems or medical results reporting solutions
