Job Summary

Project Manager for Plumbing (Service) responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales, and directing field labor across projects from concept to completion. Lead contract management, estimating, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and communications with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, Service) and external clients/vendors. Mentor Project Engineers and Coordinators; facilitate pre-construction meetings; coordinate resources and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while upholding ACCO competencies. Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 5+ years in project estimation/design/management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and travel as needed. Typical hours Monday–Friday with early start and long days; valid class C driver’s license and ability to drive.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, design and management of projects from $50,000 to $25+ million
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously
  • Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business
  • Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, employing strong organizational skills
  • Maintain a community presence in an industry-based or community-based organization
