Job Summary
Project Manager for Plumbing Construction overseeing estimating, project management, and business development. Responsible for identifying new project opportunities, attending pre-bid meetings, reviewing plans and bid documents, performing material take-offs, creating project estimates and proposals, preparing budgets and schedules of values, attending project meetings, monitoring labor/material/job costs, assisting with monthly billings and change orders, and serving as the primary technical resource and point of contact with general contractors and field teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, and a valid driver’s license. Onsite role in Madison, WI with standard business hours; salary range $80,000–$120,000 plus incentive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent industry or trade experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry (medium to large scale commercial projects)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Technical knowledge of plumbing systems and codes, design and construction of plumbing systems for commercial buildings
- Ability to read plans and specs, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively
