Project Manager - Plant Maintenance

Coordinate with Facilities leadership and healthcare stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and feasibility. Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and utilize project management software to track progress, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining expectations for DRMC and Tenet vendors. Perform risk management, measure project performance, and report escalated challenges to management. Establish and maintain collegial relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, and represent the Facilities department in the Director's absence. Help implement and maintain a quality management system ensuring Joint Commission compliance and adherence to current EOC standards.
