Job Summary
Pier Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to strengthen our engineering team in Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include leading multiple projects on-site and from the office, developing proposals and estimates for various contract models, managing schedules, materials, and subcontractors, tracking job costs, preparing environmental management plans, supporting safety requirements, submitting RFIs and change orders, and providing technical services such as bridge/structure inspections and design-related reports. The role emphasizes client-facing communication, planning, budgeting, and collaboration with trade contractors and technical/design teams; requires civil tech diploma or civil engineering degree, 3+ years of PM/bridge engineering experience, 5+ years in construction, Class 5 driver’s license, and a collaborative, innovative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Civil tech diploma or civil engineering degree
- At least three years of project management and/or bridge engineering experience
- At least five years of experience within the construction industry
