Project Manager, Physician Network

Coordinate and execute strategic growth and system collaboration projects for the Goshen Physician network, managing quality, scope, cost, and time objectives. Lead initiatives focused on optimizing operational and clinical workflows, implementing technology solutions, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams using project management software to track deliverables and resources. Apply skills in workflow analysis and system integrations to achieve predetermined goals while maintaining communication with stakeholders. This role supports the mission of Goshen Health, Goshen Physicians and reports to the Vice President, Goshen Physicians.
