Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead multiple/parallel engineering projects and engineering change requests according to plant necessity; develop project plans (scope, timeline, cost, resources, risk, quality, procurement) and drive overall timing; coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones; conduct regular project team meetings and ensure accountability for deliverables; manage prototype phases (A: alpha, B: beta, C: gamma) up to production ramp and serial life; lead PDP process and PDP Gate reviews, support engineering design reviews; create/update Project Online reporting; support and lead in achieving flawless launches of product programs; participate in customer meetings and present to PHINIA management; drive cost improvement and recovery plans; facilitate collaboration across teams and optimize resource allocation; ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration is desired
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management and coordination role, automotive background
- Strong understanding of project management planning methodologies and best practices
- Analytical approach with problem-solving mindset and project management skills
- Very good communication skills to coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams toward common goals
- Proven track record of delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
- Advanced English level
