Job Summary
Project Manager for pharma/CG Life—own hands-on project management across medium-to-high complexity, multi-channel programs (approximately $1M-2M revenue). Responsible for inception-to-delivery project plans, risk identification and mitigation, budget and timeline management, and ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery. Acts as client point-of-contact, coordinates with Client Services and Production Planning, supports regulatory submissions and review processes, and facilitates effective meetings and status reporting. Requires strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in pharma brands within an agency environment and familiarity with PM tools and SDLC processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within a high-volume advertising agency
- Experience working on a pharma brand in an agency environment
- Ability to maintain flexible schedule (typical 9-5 PT M-F)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to motivate diverse project teams
- Proven time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with ability to break down work into actionable tasks
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (risk, scope, change management)
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and marketing/digital strategy projects preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
