Job Summary
Project Manager for PCI Dallas 114 in Midlothian, TX, responsible for coordinating commercial interior construction projects. Duties include participating in safety plans, following corporate safety guidelines, creating and managing punch lists, enforcing QA/QC measures, preparing RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, understanding building systems, coordinating activities to maximize productivity, performing takeoffs to verify estimates and price changes, creating and implementing job schedules, managing labor, coordinating warranties and O&M, assisting in vendor/subcontractor selection and buyout, managing change orders and billings, and completing monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets for cost control; requires 3-5 years of construction management experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication and teamwork skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred; located in Dallas, TX with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of Construction Management experience in interior construction
- Experience with estimating/project management/managing specialty scopes of construction (drywall, framing, ACT, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and process key information and navigate to maximize profitability
- MS Office proficiency (Excel and Word)
- Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and solve problems
- Willingness to learn new job skills in technical aspects
- This position is safety sensitive
