Job Summary
Project Manager (PE) in Water/Wastewater Civil Engineering responsible for leading projects from planning through delivery, coordinating multi-discipline teams and subconsultants, managing scopes, budgets, and schedules, preparing scopes of work and proposals, conducting studies, and ensuring QA/QC and compliance with standards. The role requires a Texas PE license and 3+ years of PM experience in water/wastewater large-diameter pipelines, with a minimum of 4 years PE experience in the field. Mentorship and client relationship building are key components, with opportunities for ownership in the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas
- At least 4 years of experience as a PE in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design
- At least 3 years of project management experience in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design
- Experience coordinating project deliverables, budgets, and schedules
- Proficiency in studies, reports, and construction plans/specifications
