Job Summary

Lead planning, coordination, and financial management for interior systems and specialty contracting projects from preconstruction through closeout. Forecast costs, control revenue, and manage cash flow while overseeing procurement, subcontractors, and change orders to ensure schedule, budget, and safety objectives are met. Direct field teams including engineers and superintendents, conduct regular review meetings, and mitigate risks related to labor, materials, and customer expectations. Utilize management systems such as D365 and Procore to drive performance. Mentor Project Engineers and support succession planning within the branch.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of Construction Management work experience
  • Experienced in Commercial construction
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Strong ability to read, understand and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI's scopes of work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and cost analysis
  • Ability to accurately read schedules for sequencing and durations of applicable scopes of work
  • Proficiency with computer takeoff & estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company
  • Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings and wall panels, exterior cladding systems, plaster, and other interior and exterior architectural specialty scopes
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management
  • OSHA Certification
