Job Summary

Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities while maintaining accurate job plans, specifications, and schedules within Pavion systematic platforms. Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, chair team meetings, and coordinate task scheduling with other trades. Generate change orders, monitor project risks, and resolve design or contract price changes to ensure scope, schedule, and budget integrity. Maintain communications with clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve complaints, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Lead project teams, mentor subordinates, and provide training on technology and safety policies. Report on installations, revenue forecasting, and staff performance to senior management while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager
  • 5+ years' industry experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Holds or is actively pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Project, among others
  • Excellent oral, written communication and customer service skills
  • Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal business hours when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the overall success of Pavion (or the organization)
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and appropriate appearance in line with company standards
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and direction provided by management
  • Ability to accurately complete required project documentation, labeling, and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in submitting timekeeping and project-related reporting information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to travel
  • Maintain professional licensing as required by State and Local jurisdiction if applicable

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, personnel management, and project management or related field
