Job Summary
Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous fire alarm and security projects, ensuring execution and successful completion. Oversee RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders while working with construction trades to maintain schedule. Communicate project status to the operations manager and manage procurement to ensure budget estimates are met. Requires 3-5 years of fire protection industry experience, NICET certification, and knowledge of NFPA standards. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in the fire protection industry, project management
- Experience in managing fire alarm installations, designing fire alarm systems and creating submittal packages
- Experience with FA products such as FCI, Notifier, Firelite, Gamewell, etc.
- Good communications skills written and verbal
- Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards
- NICET certification
- Valid drivers record or acceptable driving record
