Job Summary
Supervise all facets of the JFK job including Terminals 1 & 6, managing manpower coordination and sub-contractor support. Act as the liaison between EC and GC to handle scheduling, applicable change orders, and percentage of completion revenue recognition. Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide cost-effective solutions for material and labor. Prepare submittals, permitting documents, O&M Manuals, and As-Builts upon job completion. Communicate with executives or the board to align project goals and make effective decisions when presented with multiple options. Serve as the point of contact for teams to ensure synergy across multiple units. Coordinate permitting and inspections with the AHJ. Requires a valid driver's license, NYCFD S-98 certification, and knowledge of NYC FD code requirements.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years' experience project management large jobs
- Customer service experience
- NYCFD S-98
- Knowledge of NYC FD code requirements
- Valid Driver License required
