Job Summary
Project Manager to lead planning, resource coordination, client communication, risk and quality assurance for security systems projects across enterprise, healthcare, government, data center, and retail sectors. Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, developing detailed plans and budgets, coordinating internal resources and third-party contractors, managing timelines and milestones, maintaining regular updates with clients and stakeholders, monitoring performance with appropriate tools, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA/ADA), conducting quality checks, maintaining contract/change-order documentation, and delivering post-project closeout with client sign-off. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of PM experience in security systems/construction/technology integration; proficiency with MS Project and Smartsheet; strong communication and leadership skills; budget management experience; preferred PMP/CSPM or security-system certifications and familiarity with CCTV, access control, and data-center operations. Compensation: $90K–low $100Ks, commensurate with experience. Locations: Alpharetta, GA; Atlanta, GA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience (preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time/budget
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective client/vendor/interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving and proactive risk management
- Budget management and cost control
- Familiarity with OSHA, ADA and relevant regulations
