Job Summary
Project Manager at Paul Davis Fort McMurray responsible for facilitating assignments with insurance carriers and insured parties, processing insurance claims from start to finish, and communicating project direction with division managers. Creates scopes of work for the Estimator, reviews estimates for accuracy, manages project budgets to maintain targeted gross margins, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Requires strong leadership, team coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); prior experience managing both commercial and residential restoration projects; exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism; knowledge of Paul Davis values and 10 Serving Basics; criminal background clearance and a valid operator’s license are required.
