Job Summary
Lead and coordinate part localization activities to ensure components are introduced into production on time, meeting quality standards and cost targets. Drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders across Production, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing to secure successful project execution. Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies while contributing to lead-time reduction and continuous improvement in project efficiency. This role supports the development of a new production hub in China for a key customer. Fluency in English and a structured approach to delivering projects are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Several years of experience within R&D and a solid understanding of automotive products
- Experience in project management, assignment leadership, or cross-functional coordination roles
- Strong understanding of the product development process and stakeholder management
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach to delivering projects
- Security regulations approval
- Specific citizenship
