Job Summary

Develop and conceptualize new data products tailored for the India market, with a strong focus on revenue potential, competitive benchmarking, and strategic data partnerships. Lead large-scale client projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery management. Manage and mentor a small team, driving team performance, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs. Contribute to automation initiatives by leveraging technical expertise to eliminate manual data processing and improve efficiency. Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Cloud platforms, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, and programming languages such as PySpark and Python.

Required Qualifications

  • Preferred work experience of 1–3 years in roles such as Data Operations Lead, Product Lead, Data Engineering Lead, or Project Manager
  • Educational background in BE/BTech, MBA, or any relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience in India market data operations within data startups, business information firms, credit rating agencies, or similar organizations
