Job Summary
Track implementation and progress on approximately 9 strategic initiatives with 34 lines of effort for the DoW Cyber Strategy and Action Plan. Lead a high-performing team while interfacing with senior-level management and customer Cyber Policy Staff to identify stakeholders and drive progress. Develop and facilitate action plans, project schedules mapped to dependencies, and generate Gantt charts for milestone tracking. Liaise across the enterprise to ensure suspense and timelines are met, establishing strong relationships with senior client leadership and maintaining transparency on risk management. This role supports the Federal Solutions team, delivering resources to US government customers in defense, security, and intelligence markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 15 years relevant work experience
- minimum 5 years in program management or project management
- experience with process management
- developing implementation and action plans for strategic defense initiatives
- Ability to interface with senior level customer management with the highest decorum
- Certification as a Project Management Professional
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and advice
- Demonstrated expert Microsoft Project experience
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance prior to the start date
