Job Summary

Project Manager – based at the corporate office in Lewisville, TX, responsible for owning projects and managing client and subcontractor relationships, developing and enforcing construction schedules with a constant look-ahead, handling bidding and subcontractor qualification, preparing scopes of work, negotiating contracts, managing RFIs/submittals, directing on-site teams including subs and engineers, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Requires 5+ years PM experience; preferred Bachelor's in Construction or Civil Engineering; strong focus on schedule management, cost control, client communication, and coordination across multiple stakeholders (clients, subs, consultants). Proficiency with Procore and MS Office is desired.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in reviewing and understanding construction documents, including building plans and specifications
  • Ability to bid, negotiate, and prepare scopes for subcontract agreements
  • Create and manage construction schedules, manage RFI’s and submittal process and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
