Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation while managing project budgets and ensuring delivery within scope. Identify and assess project risks to develop mitigation strategies, monitor financial reports, and ensure adherence to allocated funds. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, maintain transparent communication on status and issues, and adapt to scope changes with minimal impact on timelines. Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards, including relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Desired Qualifications
- You must have or qualify for a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security clearance (Para Bellum Solutions can facilitate and sponsor clearances up to the NV1 level)
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
