Job Summary
Manage, supervise, and motivate agile project groups to complete assigned tasks and deliver top performance while working closely with managers on both customer and internal projects. Create detailed project plans with schedules and resource allocation, monitor progress to update plans as necessary, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather input, optimize resource utilization, and proactively identify and address potential risks. Keep documentation organized and up-to-date using daily project management software like ClickUp. Assess the feasibility of innovative projects with the technical team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science-related field
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management
- High level in English and Spanish
- Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)
- Being an excellent team player
- Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)

Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certification (Agile is a plus)
- French language skills
- Experience as a Project Manager in technical projects
