Job Summary
Execute assigned BNATCS projects and task order activities, developing schedules, action item trackers, and milestone plans while coordinating engineering, construction, and operational teams. Monitor performance against delivery objectives, maintain documentation including risk registers and deployment plans, and track expenditures and resource utilization. Assist in identifying risks, supporting site surveys, equipment deliveries, and testing events, then prepare presentations and dashboards for FAA personnel and contractor stakeholders. Coordinate project closeout activities and turnover documentation. Full-time, 40-hour week with over 50% travel; must reside in Atlantic City, NJ, Washington DC, or Oklahoma City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Aviation Management, or related field
- 3 to 7 years of project management, project coordination, or implementation management experience
- Must reside in the Atlantic City Region, NJ, Washington, DC, or Oklahoma City, OK area
- Experience supporting technical, infrastructure, systems integration, or facility modernization projects
- Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and risk management processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required FAA suitability credentials
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Citizenship/Permanent Residency Requirement: Must be a US Citizen
- Travel greater than 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting FAA, DoD, DOT, or other federal programs
- Familiarity with NAS facilities, telecommunications systems, surveillance systems, or air traffic management technologies
- CAPM, PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed deployment efforts
