Project Manager

Project Manager position responsible for the overall planning and execution of multiple precast/pre-stressed concrete projects, engaging in budget analysis, issuing subcontracts, scope reviews, requisitions, change management, and ongoing communication to ensure projects are completed safely, within budget and scope. Requires leadership to motivate professionals across disciplines, ability to schedule submittals and material delivery, manage progress claims and invoices, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. Provides daily leadership to Project Coordinators and Administrators, solves problems to achieve optimal outcomes, and performs other duties as assigned. Technical awareness with an engineering/technical background is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and ability to read drawings is expected; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
