Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and deliver construction projects from initiation through completion while ensuring safe execution, schedule adherence, and budget control. Organize daily activities, administer subcontracts and purchase orders, and track material procurement and costs. Monitor financial performance through cost control and reporting, then lead meetings with clients and internal teams to resolve issues. Develop project schedules, manage labour and subcontractors with superintendents, and communicate with stakeholders. Assist the estimating team with budgeting and proposal support for projects across Atlantic Canada, including occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and client-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Project, cost control systems, and project management software
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial project experience
- Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling tools
