Job Summary
Lead projects from inception to completion by defining scope, allocating resources, and managing budgets to ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost. Drive execution by leading teams, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as necessary while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency measures. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication, leading meetings, and resolving conflicts to maintain alignment. Manage relationships with third parties and vendors, conduct post-project evaluations, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before closing administrative and contractual aspects. This role requires a balance of leadership and technical knowledge to oversee objectives and satisfy stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
