Job Summary
Schedule, manage meetings, and issue notes from meetings. Update the project dashboard monthly and draft or update charters, milestones, and risk logs. Manage internal steering meetings and coordinate team activities to address related topics. Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, handling kickoffs, status meetings, executive sponsor interactions, reporting, and risk tracking. Manage resources to attain deliverables and coordinate communication for all stakeholders. Lead at least one business transformation implementation project.

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred industry background/experience- Pharmaceuticals, Information technology, life sciences
- Experience working in a regulated/validated environment is a significant plus
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- CSV/CSA-specific training or certification
- Critical Thinking
- Making Decisions and Solving Problems
- Can-do attitude
- Prior work in a GMP manufacturing site
- Exposure to serialization/track-and-trace programs (DSCSA in the US, EU FMD, or equivalent)
- experience in packaging & labeling operations specifically (as opposed to general manufacturing IT)
