Job Summary
Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, developing schedules, budgets, and procurement plans while leading communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes. Monitor costs and forecasts to protect project margins, identify risks early, and lead Superintendents and Foremen toward successful, profitable closeouts. Maintain organized documentation using company SOPs and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every phase. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, buyout, and contract administration
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, permits, project documentation, and financial reporting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations
- Ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial company
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
