Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key projects in JPMorgan SE's Operations, Outsourcing, and Technology (OOT) team. Serve as strategic partner to the Head of JPMSE Governance and Strategy for OOT, ensuring effective and timely project delivery across the organization. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics; develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and governance structures; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs; track performance and deliver updates to senior management. Requires extensive financial services expertise, PMP certification, and exceptional communication; proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Xceptor, and UI Path; Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Financial Services Expertise: Knowledge of banking and financial products with experience supporting initiatives across global or cross-functional teams.
- Project Management & Change leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in financial services or a related industry, with significant senior stakeholder exposure.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting to, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations for audiences at all seniority levels.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and take ownership of deliverables.
- High-Quality Delivery: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in project management within investment banking; Strong data analysis skills; Knowledge of Markets, Securities Services, Payments, and Private Bank products; Experience in change management, process improvement, business analysis, and/or data analysis; Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Xceptor, and UI Path; Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus.
