Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects driving improvements in throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency. Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations to develop standardized implementation plans while partnering with plant leadership for alignment. Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies, monitor project performance against milestones, and ensure measurable financial and operational outcomes are achieved. Deliver measurable improvements tied to project objectives through execution across functions. Requires 8-12+ years in manufacturing operations or project leadership with up to 50% travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
- Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
- Travel: Up to 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Experience in automation deployment preferred
- Experience in production system optimization preferred
