Job Summary
Review ticket requests, prepare work instructions for contractors and technicians, execute resolution, and update documentation while troubleshooting meter deficiencies locally and remotely. Provide technical analysis of drawings and electrical/mechanical systems to support contractors and internal staff, issuing identification to develop mitigation plans that minimize impact to business and clients. Manage resource planning, approvals, and procurement for Operations projects, ensuring continuous improvement as the business evolves. Travel to properties within the GTA for in-field work, requiring a valid Ontario driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college
- 4-5+ years of related experience in the maintenance and/or metering field
- Must be able to travel to properties within GTA
- Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with electrical, water, gas and thermal metering/systems concepts
