Project Manager - Operations

Job Summary
Manage Operations and Midstream projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from definition to closeout. Coordinate activities across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams. Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com while tracking progress, constraints, risks, and critical path activities. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates through PMO systems. Support budget development and monitor expenditures using SiteView. Facilitate meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and provide executive-level reporting. Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. This hybrid role requires three days in the Morgantown, WV office plus field presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–7 years of project management or project coordination experience
- Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams
- Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related industry preferred
- Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred
- experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus
- PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
