Job Summary
Facilitate project steering committee meetings and executive status updates to prioritize projects and resources across the organization. Lead and manage strategic cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation, developing charters, business cases, timelines, budgets, and governance structures. Establish project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards while identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to drive accountability and support organizational transformation, process improvement, and change management. Manage indirect spend categories including IT, professional services, facilities, and logistics to support contract management and negotiation. Drive adoption of best practices in project management and operational excellence to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Legal authorization to work in the specified country
