Job Summary
Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of intelligent manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production requirements. Drive implementation and integration of MES, WMS, and automation systems to enable data-driven operations while managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning. Coordinate manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and external suppliers to ensure effective governance and timely issue resolution. Establish standardized frameworks and methodologies to support scalable deployment across multiple sites, proactively identify technical and operational risks, and lead change management initiatives for sustained adoption. Requires 8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, PMP/PMI certification preferred, and willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environments
- Proven experience leading intelligent manufacturing, automation, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and change management practices
- Ability to work independently, leads complex initiatives, and drive results in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in a global business environment
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to support project implementation and factory deployment
