Job Summary
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from conception through closeout, including site verification, labor quotes, and installation sequencing. Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams while conducting site visits to oversee progress and resolve issues proactively. Prepare documentation for punch lists, invoicing milestones, and final turnover, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contract requirements. Maintain project status updates for clients and internal stakeholders, utilizing dashboards to track risks and billing triggers. Work overtime as needed to support seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project management, implementation, client delivery, or construction coordination experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial projects with schedule, budget, and vendor accountability
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle record that meets Company safety, operational, and insurance standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, architectural systems, flooring, construction, or specialty services
- Experience coordinating installation sequencing, subcontractors, logistics, and closeout documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Interior Design, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Architecture, or related field
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and installation plans
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Strong customer relationship management capability
