Job Summary
Oversee high-level programs of complex natures, taking projects from original concept through final implementation. Lead, instruct, and direct team members while assigning responsibilities, tracking timelines, and managing budgets to ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets are met. Coordinate resource sharing among project constituents, maintain continuous alignment of scope with strategic business objectives, and build credibility through communication at all levels, including external customers. Prepare presentations for executives and make recommendations to modify programs for enhanced effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in engine systems or related fields, and PMP certification. Domestic and international travel up to 20% is required, along with a company car and valid driver's license.

- Manufacturing of base engine
- Engine Software, Controls and Calibration
- Building & Tracking Project timeline
- Managing Project Budgets
- Prepared presentations for executives
- Ability to manage all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects
- Familiarity with a variety of applications and software methodologies
- Good understanding of system life cycle
- Strength in assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completing of project and meeting deadlines of project
- Ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization
