Supervise, direct, and coordinate planning, design, and construction activities within an active manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, FL. Promote a strong safety culture by overseeing contractor performance, managing Job Safety Analyses, and ensuring compliance with site requirements. Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions while supporting equipment installations, line modifications, and facility upgrades. Monitor project costs, prepare estimates, and manage schedules using software to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence. Perform field inspections to verify quality standards and coordinate with governmental agencies for permits and occupancy certificates. Maintain client relationships to enhance satisfaction and support business development. This onsite role requires independent management of small to medium-sized projects with low to medium complexity, including preconstruction and construction phases.
