Job Summary
Manage moderate to large-scale projects from beginning to completion, acting as the primary contact for all customer communications. Develop work plans, schedules, and logistics to organize deliveries while coordinating with third-party firms, contractors, and client facility managers. Maintain detailed project documentation, review plans for accuracy, and supervise product delivery and installation. Conduct final walk-throughs, resolve punch list issues, and complete close-out documentation. Assist in establishing fees and producing accurate quotations to ensure project profitability. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience. Located in the Bay Area, CA (on-site), with a day shift Monday through Friday.

- Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university
- 2-4 years related experience

- Knowledge of interior design

- Knowledge of truck, furniture manufacturing and shipping

- Knowledge of all aspects of contract furniture management
