Project Manager (Onboarding)

Manage the portfolio adoption programme from initial customer contact through the first 3–6 months of each project's contract. Maintain client relationships, review quality documents, and support resource planning including candidate screening and inductions. Coordinate supply chain for sub-contracted services, ensure readiness of vehicles and equipment, and lead site takeover activities with pre-contract inspections and inaugural visits. Measure progress against objectives, hold review meetings, and hand over sites to O&M Managers while retaining involvement for the initial operational period. Support the Sales team during bidding and renewals, act as the escalation point for clients, and drive service enhancements and new service initiatives. This permanent, full-time role requires travel to UK offices and operational sites with a company vehicle allowance.
