Job Summary
Project Manager (On Site Position) will lead complex underground/distribution project management for the Granville office, overseeing business development, bid preparation (RFPs, take-offs, pricing), project scheduling, safety plan implementation, cost management, and coordination of field operations. Responsibilities include developing training for crews, managing subcontractors, maintaining communications with sites and customers, and ensuring projects stay within budget while producing accurate monthly WIP and revenue-to-expense reconciliations. Requires BS degree and 3+ years qualified experience (or 8+ years of field supervision), travel involvement, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration
- three (3) years qualified experience or eight (8) years of field supervision or relevant experience
- travel willingness for this position
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven leadership and customer-relations abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
