Job Summary
Lead project planning and execution for Architecture/Engineering/Construction projects with emphasis on client engagement, budgeting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Develop project management plans, including WBS, requirements, resources, roles/responsibilities, quality standards, and communication plans; monitor schedules and budgets; manage client relationships and expectations; collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to develop budgets; oversee deliverables and milestones to meet on-time, on-budget business needs; provide financial and project data feedback to CFO/Principals; document out-of-scope work and support change management; negotiate issues with stakeholders; provide daily team oversight and mentoring; handle invoicing and billing projections; contribute to process improvement and performance reviews; gain knowledge across Convenience, Grocery, Industrial, Multi-family, Restaurant, Retail, and Senior Living sectors; relocate with available relocation support; enjoy comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience in Project Management
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Proficiency in project management software
