Job Summary
Organized, proactive project-management support driving flawless campaign execution across multiple vendors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining master status documents, developing tracking tools, implementing quality control processes, creating weekly plans and hot sheets, participating in status meetings, tracking milestones and deliverables, flagging potential roadblocks, ensuring client deliverables (slides, metrics) are ready for meetings, and aligning teams. You’ll stay knowledgeable on brand therapeutic areas, regulatory guidelines, and compliance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams (planning leads, MCM, MTO, D&A, Biddable) and vendors to keep campaigns on track and proactively resolve issues. Collaboration, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with in-office and remote days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of project management, media coordination, or campaign execution experience
- Familiarity with healthcare/pharma industry (a significant plus!)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with planning tools, CRMs, and reporting platforms
