Job Summary
Project Manager role at OLLY within the VMS Co-Op, focused on commercialization and optimization of the current OLLY portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams across Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing and Sales to deliver projects on-time and on-budget, create integrated project plans, conduct financial/scenario analysis for launches, and present go-forward decisions to leadership. Manage product changes, BOM setup with the master data manager, and drive process improvements to scalable launch execution. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality metrics, and support a high-impact, fast-paced product expansion culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in project management or new product innovation at a CPG company
- Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment
- Excel and other MS Office products, experience with project management software(Wrike, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Master Data and Continuous Improvement principles experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
