Job Summary

Experienced Project Manager for residential homebuilding/construction, covering the Oklahoma City area with statewide support as needed. Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on projects using project management tools after approval. Serves as liaison between executive leadership and on-site teams, ensures well-defined scope, provides regular progress updates, and adheres to approved schedules. Collaborates with subcontractors and shop personnel; travels to job sites primarily in the OKC area and in-state as required. Responsibilities include meeting production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; updating customers at least twice weekly; tracking purchases/materials; completing projects within timelines; maintaining safe, clean job sites; guiding and overseeing work per customer invoices; accepting feedback and implementing changes; achieving cost standards; analyzing and redesigning processes to improve quality; supporting the executive team with information requests; pursuing educational opportunities and professional development; aligning with PMH core values (Commitment to Follow-up, Speed Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Positivity, Teamwork); and performing additional duties as directed. Qualification highlights include 5–10 years of residential construction experience, strong blueprint-reading ability, attention to detail, bilingual ability is a plus, and a valid Oklahoma Class D Operator’s License with ability to drive a company vehicle. Work environment is construction-focused with standard hours and occasional Saturday as needed. Minimum starting wage listed as $50,000 annually with incentive potential.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5–10 years minimum experience in residential homebuilding and general construction
  • Strong understanding of framing techniques, code compliance, and construction inspections
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills with leadership and adaptability on active job sites
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
  • Proven ability to track expenses and manage cost standards
  • Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and shop personnel
  • Excellent written and verbal communications abilities
  • Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Must have valid Oklahoma Class D Operator's License and ability to drive company vehicle
  • Safety-conscious with knowledge of PMH safety policies
