Job Summary
Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of overhead and underground power line projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Direct the team through high-voltage transmission line initiatives, including substation work, leveraging expertise in construction, engineering, and project management to navigate challenges and achieve project goals. Maintain a strong focus on quality and safety while solving complex engineering problems independently. Applicants must hold a valid driving license, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, and at least eight years of experience managing OHL/UG and Substation projects. Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company standards and SEC Engineering membership is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing OHL/UG and Substation power line projects
- Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical power systems, transmission line theory, and electrical equipment
- Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and solve complex engineering problems
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Driving License
- Valid Driving License
- Valid SCE Engineering membership
- Pervious SEC approval/Submital
