Job Summary
Lead end-to-end office relocation and workplace fit-out project from inception to completion, coordinating trades, contractors and vendors; manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and governance; partner with Executive Leadership, Technology, Facilities, Finance and People & Culture; facilitate steering committees, reporting and stakeholder engagement; drive workplace change and employee engagement initiatives including staff surveys, communications and transition planning; ensure all operational, technology and workplace requirements are delivered prior to go-live; monitor project performance to deliver on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Property or related discipline
- PMP, Prince2 or similar certification highly regarded
