Job Summary
Drive global, cross-functional teams from business award through product launch to deliver advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for the consumer market. Own end-to-end program planning and execution, including P&L margins, while championing overall project plans, reviews, and milestones. Manage risk through cross-functional problem solving and mitigation strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Support change management to capture costs and maintain profitability, while assessing critical paths and aligning stakeholders for flawless execution. Prepare status reports for gate reviews and executive updates, escalate risks to protect commitments, and optimize resource planning and investment spending.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous project / program development experience within automotive
- Demonstrated experience working with OEMs and understanding of their product development and program execution ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of Industrialization Operating Systems, with experience supporting manufacturing readiness, program launches, and cross-functional execution
- Proficient in MS excel, PowerPoint, MS project, and MS word
- Strong organization, planning and follow up skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate and communicate a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving
- Must be a team player
- Must demonstrate a willingness to work with and assist colleagues, focusing on continuous improvement of project quality, processes and relationships
- Willingness to Identify and communicate opportunities to streamline work cadence/reduce inefficiencies
